1. How long does it take
to receive my diploma?
Upon receipt of payment, please allow 10~15 days for delivery
via First Class Post.
If you need a speedy turnaround, we offer Courier Express for
an extra $45 This allows you to receive your order within 4~5

2. Can you arrange transcripts or student records?
Yes! you have the option to add transcripts to your order for
an extra $25.
Transcripts show subject code, subject, grade, grade points,
credits, semester GPA, cumulative GPA and final GPA. All
diploma programs may have 9 subject each carry 3 credit hours
Transcripts can be mailed with your diploma or ordered at a
later date.
3. Do you accept payment other than credit card?
Yes. We can also accept payments via Western Union, AlertPay,
Money Order or Wire Transfer. Please contact us for details.

4. How about the quality of your online diploma?
A general guideline to the type of diploma certificate that
conforms to academic norms and common standards is usually:
* Individually hand signed.
* Printing in high quality printing press.
* Unique diploma identity code.
* Printed on high quality diploma card.
* The logo of the institution.
* Details of the institution, diploma awarded name.
Nowhere will your College diploma contain the words "Life
Experience", "Online Degree" or equivalent.

6. Can anybody get an instant diploma?
No. You must be over the age of 18 and have the appropriate
knowledge and experience in the area you apply for.
7. How can I be sure I will get my diploma?

We ONLY ship via Registered Priority Mail which MUST be signed
for by the addressee. Therefore, it is IMPOSSIBLE for a client
to receive a diploma through us and claim it was not delivered.
8. Are the awards verifiable?

9. Can I request a specific date of my diploma?
Yes. However, there are certain limitations. This process is
called "Retro-Active Studies", this form of back-dating is
difficult to arrange, but not impossible. It is perfectly
legal providing the person named on the diploma was aged 18 or
more on the date requested. Under Retro-Active Studies a
diploma can be dated any month between March 1990 and the
present day. This limit is because of the implementation date
of standard guidelines that we insist the institutions
that we represent abide by.
If you require Retro-Active Studies you must say so, including
the month and year required when you order.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can a diploma be dated in the
future.
